Lawrence greeted us even though we arrived much later than check in time. The views are beyond what pictures can capture, being so close to the quiet penguin entrance was the best part. Lawrence & Felicia were both very helpful with recommendations and assistance with local amenities. When we come back, which we definitely will, we would be so lucky to stay here again.

Hello, spent 3 days at this villa which definitely is a must do to anyone who visits cape town!!! Felicia is wonderful from booking to checking to check out. Felt so welcomed and was definitely one of our best if not the BEST moment of our trip!! For the villa itself, how do I say that, the pictures definitely DO NOT do it justice. You just need to be there. We went there in Aug. 2024 and it was a bit cold so we could not use the swimming pool but I guess that in summer it should be wonderful It is clean, equipped to the T and we even got a welcome gift and drinks offered. We also loved the experience with the chimney and the top floor with a telescope to view the penguins 🙂 Adding on that it is right next to the penguin walk is another plus that I would say. We are group of 10 people from canada , USA . Everyone was amazed by this beautiful villa. It is more than we expected. It is perfect location with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean. the views from balcony is stunning. The sun rise is amazing. You can see Africa penguin colony from balcony and this is a plus. The accommodation is tastefully decorated with ample space for the big group to come together in common areas but have privacy when desired. It is very well out fitted with nearly every appliance you could wish for. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend as a luxury getaway for groupings of 10 people or more. I recently stayed at this fantastic B&B and was thoroughly impressed. The space is big and well-laid out, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spotless, and it’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The kitchen is fully equipped with good supplies, making meal preparation a breeze. Located just off the Boulders of the beachfront, the views are breathtaking. You can enjoy both the beautiful sunset and sunrise from the upstairs porch, making every moment feel magical. One of the highlights is the big window that offers a perfect view of the penguins’ activity down by the shore. With a telescope provided, you can get an even closer look at these adorable creatures. Don’t be surprised if you spot a penguin right in front of your door! It truly is a unique and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

The villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities, from highspeed Wi-Fi to a well-stocked kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home.

Your fabulous accommodation enabled us to have the weekend we were looking for. The resources are just perfect. The miserable weather never had the vaguest impact on the success of the 70th celebration.

We had a wonderful weekend at Boulders Beach Villa. Felicia made everything so easy with her quick and friendly responses. The villa was perfect for a braai, and since we were there in winter, we loved keeping cozy by the indoor fireplaces with the large stack of wood provided. The view from upstairs was absolutely stunning, and we slept comfortably with the cozy bedding. We also appreciated the lovely basket of goodies and beers that welcomed us. We’re already excited about our next stay. Plus, the penguins are just around the corner!
