Designed by local architect, Genesis Architects and Benchmark interiors with a 90% off-grid status thanks to state-of-the-art Solar system and by using the finest materials, the villa boasts a distinctive look and style that will be preserved for many years to come. High ceilings, pitched roof and windows and metal finishes create a feeling of opulence and grandeur.
The villa offers five en-suite bedrooms, open plan kitchen with gas and electric stove, dining room with an inside fire place, lounge with Full Satellite TV Bouquet, media room, heated plunge pool, covered terrace with outside braai and private access entry with an outside shower for sandy feet.
The loft enhances the living experience with a roof terrace which offers a second outside braai, mini bar and outside dining area ideal for entertaining. The Loft is styled as a Safari Tent giving you the feeling of being in wild Africa.
In the bedrooms you will be comfortable on King size beds, Down bedding and superior Linens with beach towels provided. The fifth room is part of a separate unit in the back of the property with its own TV lounging area and sleeper couch. It walks out on the back courtyard with a gas braai and outside table and second outside shower.
In the bathrooms hand selected, highly polished Zebrano marble has been hewn into one piece cladding by artisans from Artmar. Each wall gives the impression of a neat seamless solid block of stone inspiring a contemporary style while subtle influences of the minimalist influences deliver a timeless effect. There is one bath and five showers plus a toilet next to the TV room.
The downstairs media room is the hub for children entertainment. This multipurpose space is designed for children to bring young friends and family together with tv and gaming console on offer. Powerful wifi is available throughout the house and outside.
Simple gardens envelop the outskirts of the property further enhancing the intimacy and seclusion of the property. The Villa gate is 10 seconds relaxed walk to the entrance of the Boulders Beach Penguin estate.
With Solar power, load shedding will not be an issue and has good security with an electric fence and burglar bars over all windows. Ample parking in car park in front of the Villa.
Managed by Boulders Beach Hotel next door to the Villa you are assured to have first class service and availability of staff who are on duty till 20h00 each evening.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer but laundry facilities are also available if you would like to keep your hands clean. Daily service can be arranged at an additional charge and a weekly linen change is included in the daily rental. Tea and coffee making facilities in the kitchen and Shampoo and soaps available.

What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Night 3 onwards attracts a 20% discount.
Can you arrange airport transfer?
Yes, we can arrange for you to be fetched from and taken to Cape Town International Airport.
Do you provide housekeeping?
Villa servicing is additional cost at R500.00 per day between the hours of 09h00 – 13h00.
What about loadshedding?
We have a state of the art Solar Power solution, so loadshedding is not a concern.
What security measures do you have?
We have an electric fence, as well as burglar bars over all the windows. Due to our Solar Power system, the electric fence is always active.
Do you have WiFi?

For more than two centuries it has been a naval base and harbour. Boulders Beach is located a few kilometers to the south of Simon’s Town, in the direction of Miller’s Point. Here small coves and beaches are interspersed between boulders of Cape granite.
There has been a colony of African penguins at Boulders Beach since 1985.There is no record of the birds having lived here prior to that date. There are only three penguin populations on the mainland in southern Africa; the others are close to Hermanus at Stoney Point and Betty’s Bay.
